2021 continues to bring new and modern changes––and the automobile industry is no different. In a move that will help make Fiat Chrysler the fourth largest global automotive manufacturer, shareholders of Fiat Chrysler and PSA Groupe have approved a merger agreement between the two companies. Fiat Chrysler produces the Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, Jeep, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Maserati, and Lancia auto brands. PSA makes Peugeot, Citroën, DS, Opel, and Vauxhall cars. With the completion of the merger, the operations have come together to form a new company: Stellantis.
